Training
HROffice training is designed to help you feel comfortable, certain, and flexible within your HR information system (HRIS).
Expert application consultants use hands-on approach and combine software overview, practical examples, exercises, and role-plays. Individual or small-group sessions are most effective.
Training Types
- E-Learning: We provide remote, web based classes; all you need is a high-speed Internet connection, browser and phone line.
- On-Site: Our consultants will visit your office in the United States or Canada to deliver personal services.
- Combo: Depending on project requirements, combining web-based and on-site services may lead to best results.
HROffice Courses
- HROffice Core for Key Users - 4 hours
This advanced course covers HROffice key functionality. You will learn how to setup and use Employee Information, Compensation, Benefits, Attendance, Reports, and Security sections. Exercises include hire, employment changes, benefit enrollment, resignation, canned and custom reporting.
- Payroll Interface - 3 hours
Designed for clients using HROffice and Payroll Connect ad-on, the course covers Payroll Interface setup, data transfer, synchronization, and auditing. For best results, please have HROffice and Payroll Connect installed. Completing the course, you will learn how to eliminate double data entry between HR and Payroll.
- Self Service - 4 hours
Self Service setup course helps new and existing HROffice clients to enable online Employee Self Service portal. Self Service configuration and ongoing use will be covered. Please have both HROffice and Self Service installed ahead of time. When the course is complete, you will know how to keep Employee Self Service up to date, provide answers to employee questions online, control web based leave/time-off requests and insurance enrollment, and let employees update their own personal and family information.
- Alerts Overview and Setup - 3 hours
This class will teach you how to use built-in automated e-mail notifications and update recipient details, message texts and attachments. As an exercise, we will configure the Alerts library together. It is recommended that an IT administrator is present during Alerts setup.
- Advanced Training Package - 8, 12, or 16 hours
Recommended for clients implementing 3 or more HROffice modules. Training agenda will be designed according to your requirements – please contact our main line or your representative to inquire.
