HRIS Services for HROffice Partners

Now how would you like adding an on-demand HROffice implementation and training department to your team?

Elfor Soft consultants have the needed HR, business, and technical expertise to guide your clients through the HROffice implementation process and training, crucial steps for the long-term success of an HRIS initiative.

Certified training and implementation provider, Elfor Soft has successfully implemented HROffice for numerous clients nationwide. Our thorough, customer focused and result-oriented implementation approach typically consists of the following seven stages.

Introduction Conference Call

To transition the client from partner sales team to our implementation team, the three parties meet to discuss implementation strategy and milestones, outline the project schedule, define roles and responsibilities, and set goals and requirements for each stage.

Pre-Implementation / Discovery Meeting

To discover the client’s implementation needs and objectives, we will meet with the client remotely or in person to explore the following areas:
  • HR/payroll needs
  • Current workflows and processes
  • Organizational structure
  • Workplace policies and rules
We will also collect all necessary documentation to build the system. Oftentimes we will perform HROffice installation, and export data from payroll to create the backbone for the future HRIS.

HROffice Core System Build

Depending on the HROffice configuration selected by the client as well as the results of the discovery meeting we will perform the following tasks off-site:
  • Clean / migrate data
  • Set up benefit plans, perform benefit enrollment
  • Configure company parameters
  • Set up attendance policies, import leave balances
  • Create and populate custom tabs
  • Create custom Alerts

System Load

The following tasks are completed remotely via a web-session or on-site:
  • Load HROffice database on client’s network
  • Activate Payroll Connect
  • Configure Alerts
  • Synchronize HR and Payroll systems

Employee Self-Service Implementation

Many clients prefer a 2-phase approach to HROffice implementation and roll out Self-Service once they are comfortable using HROffice Core. This task can be performed remotely or on-site.

Product Training

We will conduct either on-site or web-based administrative training to cover all aspects of HROffice, Payroll Connect, and Employee Self-Service. We will carefully step through all HR processes within the HRIS, such as new hire, termination, COBRA, managing open enrollment, performance reviews, etc.

Go Live

Within weeks your client will be up and running with a fully configured HRIS to meet their unique requirements, with all data loaded and double checked against payroll and carrier bills. They will be expertly trained to use the system and will become an excellent reference for you!
