Implementation and Training

Standard bundle includes 16-hour implementation service and a 4-hour online training session.

Premiere bundle includes additional 4-hour Self Service configuration service and 2-hour Self Service training online session.

Pre-Implementation / Discovery Meeting

To discover your implementation needs and objectives, we will meet remotely and explore the following areas:
  • HR/payroll needs
  • Current workflows and processes
  • Organizational structure
  • Workplace policies and rules
We will also collect all necessary documentation to build the system. Oftentimes we will perform HROffice installation, and export data from payroll to create the backbone for the future HRIS.

HROffice Core System Build

Depending on the results of the discovery meeting we will perform the following tasks:
  • Clean / migrate data
  • Set up benefit plans, perform benefit enrollment  
  • Configure company parameters
  • Set up attendance policies, import leave balances

System Load

We will upload your ready-to-use HROffice system remotely via a web-session:
  • Load HROffice database on client’s network
  • Activate Payroll Connect
  • Configure Alerts
  • Synchronize HR and Payroll systems

Employee Self-Service Implementation

Many clients prefer a 2-phase approach to HROffice implementation and roll out Self-Service once they are comfortable using HROffice Core. 

Product Training

We will conduct web-based administrative training to cover all aspects of HROffice, Payroll Connect, and Employee Self-Service. We will carefully step through all HR processes within the HRIS, such as new hire, termination, COBRA, managing open enrollment, performance reviews, etc.

Go Live

Within weeks HROffice will be fully configured, up and running according to your unique requirements and objectives, with all data loaded and double-checked against payroll and carrier bills. You and your team will be expertly trained to use the system and will feel comfortable tracking, managing, and retrieving employee information.

HRMS experts will timely answer all your ongoing questions about HROffice. Support is provided via an 800 number, over email, or web meeting, from 10 am to 8 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Latest Software Versions

Customer Support and Maintenance keeps your HR system up to date! You will be automatically notified when software updates are available. A new HROffice version, with great new features and functionality, comes out once or twice a year.

Latest Software Enhancements

Customer feedback and changes in technology or government regulation drive additional software enhancements, which are regularly published. Please visit our site frequently to keep your HRIS updated.

New User Program

All new HROffice users are entitled to the first year support and maintenance. Annual support renewal is optional.

Annual support subscribers will receive a full license price credit toward the new license level when your employee base expands.
